VIP WELLNESS SUPPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The VIP WELLNESS SUPPORT is a high-touch, WEEKLY 1:1 support tailored to your specific needs as a dedicated cat guardian.

This service is designed to give you direct access to my expertise in holistic feline health and behaviour, allowing you to address any challenges or concerns that may arise throughout our time together, and focused to make progress addressing the concerns that you already have.

Here’s what you can expect from this high-touch 1:1 service:

Service Scope:

Topics Covered: You’ll be able to reach out to me with any questions or concerns related to your cat’s health and behaviour on check-in day. This can include, but is not limited to, nutrition, chronic health issues, training, positive handling, and emotional wellbeing.

One Cat Focus: Please note that this support is intended for one cat, ensuring that we can focus on providing the most personalized and in-depth guidance for their specific needs.

Response Time: I will respond to your messages timely, but if for any reason (due to time-zones differences for example, or personal constraints) we incur into delays, we will continue the support up to the following 24 hours (on weekdays). Please note that I am not available on weekends or public holidays unless it is a true emergency, in which case do reach out at any time and I will do my very best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Boundaries and Usage Limits:

Weekly Limit: The service includes up to 60 minutes of voice messages and 60 written messages per week. Simply write the topic of what you want to talk about and then send your voice message. Kindly try to keep messages under 5 minutes each. This will allow us to dive deep into your questions while ensuring that we keep the communication productive and focused.

Follow-Up on Topics: You are welcome to ask follow-up questions on the same topic after implementing the advice provided. This ensures that your cat’s wellbeing is continually supported as you put new strategies in place. Please remember that some things you need to implement to reach results and make progress will be out of your comfort zone: it is important that you give things an honest try even if the advice given sounds unfamiliar to you at first.

Availability:

Weekends & Holidays: I will not be available during weekends or holidays, except for emergencies.

Emergencies that qualify for weekend or holiday responses include: 

  • Severe illness or injury (e.g., trauma, seizures, difficulty breathing).
  • Acute behavioral crisis (e.g., uncontrollable aggression or panic).
  • Toxic exposure (e.g., ingesting harmful substances).
  • Sudden, unexplained health deterioration (e.g., complete refusal to eat, collapse or severe lethargy).

General concerns that don’t pose immediate danger will be addressed during regular working hours. Severe emergencies will require you to see a local veterinarian, but I offer my support for advice and as a sounding board when emotions run high.

Additional Cats: If you would like to include support for an additional cat, simply let me know on Voxer at any time, and I will give you the link to do that. To ensure we can provide the necessary time and attention to each cat's unique needs an additional fee will apply.

Getting Started: As soon as you sign up, you’ll be able to start using this high-touch 1:1 service right away! There is no complicated onboarding process, just sign up, and we’re ready to go.

Pricing Options:

Monthly payments: 

  • Foundational Wellness Review one-off fee: $100
  • $297 per month (minimum of 2 months)

Additional Cat: 

  • Foundational Wellness Review one-off fee: $100
  • $149 per additional cat, per month

Weekly payments:

  • Foundational Wellness Review one-off fee: $100
  • $67 per week (minimum of 9 weeks)

Additional Cat:

  • Foundational Wellness Review one-off fee: $100
  • $37 per additional cat, per week

Cancellation Policy:

In the sad event of your cat's passing away, you may cancel the service, and I will refund the remaining balance on a pro-rated basis for the current month of subscription. No cancellation fee will apply in this situation.

This service is designed to provide you with consistent, personalized advice whenever you need it, quickly and simply, and I’m here to ensure you feel confident in managing your cat’s health and behaviour throughout our time together.
